Dear students, Are you interested in innovative energy concepts for houses and similar buildings? Then visit our course “Green Building Design I” offered in the winter semester 2013 / 2014.

Poster of the course Green Building Design I

This course gives a comprehensive insight into the energetic building analysis, considering different assembly of structural details and related equipment. Building with the Sun House and energetic concepts are discussed in a seminary principle. This includes targeted research questions on both materials (e. g. glass, wood, various insulation materials etc.) as well as structures (e. g. adaptive components, active / passive walls etc.).

The course is classified for students of the Master program Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from their first semester or later. To participate, we recommend previous experience of our courses in “Building Construction” or “Basics of Building Construction”.

Further information about the lecture can be found on the digital poster or you may contact us directly.
